Program details
Our program redefines career development by empowering students to help shape the future of our commercial and financial strategy without mandatory rotations. You will tackle complex business problems, contribute to strategic decisions, and learn from industry leaders, through one of two pathways:
Commercial Strategy: Encompasses several departments that have a strategic focus on revenue generation, product development, and merchandising. Tell us where you want to go next through your work commitment and performance, and we’ll help you get there.
Financial Strategy: Facilitates analysis of strategic corporate and operational initiatives, provides centralized planning for all financial processes, and establishes frameworks for investing in aircraft and infrastructure improvements.
